Welcome to echoesofanubhuti.in (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by Anubhuti Sahai, based at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Where we sell

Our products are sold only within India, and we ship only to serviceable Indian pincodes. We currently do not accept orders for delivery outside India.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We offer handcrafted décor and other products. Many items are handmade, hand-painted or hand-assembled in small batches.
  • Slight variations in colour, painting, finish and mirror or embellishment placement are natural and are not defects.
  • We try to display colours and images accurately, but your device display may show them differently.
  • Descriptions, dimensions and availability may change without notice. Dimensions may vary slightly on handmade items.

4. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch it.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or an unserviceable address. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
  • Please check your details before placing the order. Wrong or incomplete details can lead to delivery failure.

5. Pricing and taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes such as GST.
  • Shipping charges depend on order value and item weight and are shown at checkout before payment.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown when you place it.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Available payment methods (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are shown at checkout.
  • We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment information is handled by Razorpay and your bank under their own terms and security practices.
  • Your order is processed only after successful payment confirmation. If money is debited but the order fails, the amount is usually returned by your bank or payment provider according to their timelines. Contact us with the transaction details if it is not.
  • You agree to use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, timelines and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy at [link]. Delivery timelines are estimates, and delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control do not make us liable for losses arising from them.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Because our items are seasonal, handcrafted décor, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at [link]. In summary, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, except for items that arrive damaged. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of delivery and must include an unboxing video.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or other users' data
  • Introduce viruses, scrape or copy the Website at scale, or interfere with its operation
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person
  • Use the Website for fraudulent or abusive transactions

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

10. User accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, photographs, product designs, logos, the name Echoes of Anubhuti and layouts, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of product pages and images with credit is welcome.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Echoes of Anubhuti, Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of Indian intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Echoes of Anubhuti. 

Echoes of Anubhuti's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are owned by Echoes of Anubhuti or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Echoes of Anubhuti. 

12. Product use and safety

Our décor items, including tealight platters, holders and coasters, are decorative. Please:

  • Use tealights in metal cups and never leave a lit flame unattended
  • Keep items away from flammable materials, curtains and children and pets
  • Do not treat decorative coasters as heat-resistant surfaces

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse or by ignoring these precautions.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at [link], which explains how we collect and use your personal information in line with applicable Indian law.

14. Third-party services and links

The Website is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services such as Razorpay and courier partners. These providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

15. Disclaimer

The Website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, courier or network disruptions, government orders and outages of third-party services.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

20. Grievance redressal

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise complaints with our Grievance Officer:
