We ship across India, and every order is packed with care so your handcrafted pieces reach you in good condition.
1. Where we ship
We offer Pan India shipping through standard courier partners. If your pincode is serviceable, you can place your order at checkout.
2. Processing and dispatch time
- Ready stock: Most orders are shipped on the next working day after the order is placed.
- Made-to-order or low stock: Some orders may take 3-5 working days to ship if the item is not in ready stock.
Because our items are handcrafted in small batches, dispatch timelines can vary slightly, especially during the festive season. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and item weight. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay.
4. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. Delivery typically takes 2-6 working days after dispatch. Remote or non-metro locations may take longer. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, strikes, regional restrictions or high festive volumes, and these are outside our control.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details by email. You can use these to follow your parcel on the courier partner's website.
6. Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses
Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails or the address is incorrect, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to us. We may charge additional shipping to resend it.
7. Damaged parcels
Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If your order arrives damaged, refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and raise your claim within 3 days of delivery.
